Following Documents are required for GST Registration

For Individual/ Solo Proprietorship

  1. PAN card Copy
  2. Aadhar Card
  3. Photo
  4. Trade License/ Rent agreement/ Electricity Bill 

For Partnership Firm (Including LLP)

  1. PAN card of Firm
  2. Partnership deed/ Registration Certificate
  3. Trade License/ Rent agreement
  4. Proof of appointment of authorized signatory
  5. PAN card of all partners
  6. Photograph of all partners
  7. Address proof of partners
  8. Phone no and email ID of all partners
  9. Aadhar Card of authorized signatory
  10.  In the case of LLP, registration certificate / Board resolution of LLP

Following Documents are required for GST Registration

For Company

  1. PAN card of Company
  2. Certificate of incorporation given by Ministry of Corporate Affairs
  1. Memorandum of Association / Articles of Association
  2. Trade License/ Rent agreement
  3. PAN card and Aadhar card of authorized signatory. The authorized signatory must be an Indian even in case of foreign companies/branch registration
  4. PAN card and address proof of all directors of the Company
  5. Phone no and e-mail ID of all directors of the Company
  6. Photograph of all directors and authorized signatory
  7. Board resolution appointing authorized signatory / Any other proof of appointment of authorized signatory

Following Documents are required for Income Tax File/Renewal

  1. PAN card Copy
  2. Aadhar Card
  3. All Bank Statement of Financial Year (1st April 2020 to 31 March 2021)
  4. TDS 16/16A/16AA (if any)
  5. If salary Income form 16
  6. Loan statement (if any)
  7. Fixed deposit, Recurring deposit, NSC, Mutual Fund etc details
  8. LIC Receipts paid during financial year
  9. Details of Address
  10. If Business income Trade name, Nature of Business with address
  11.  Rent Paid during financial Year
  12.  Other Income details
  13.  Assets details like vehicle etc.

For Individual

  1. PAN card

For Organization

  1.  1. PAN card of Organization
  2.  1. Pan Card of Authorized Signatory
  3. Address proof of authorized signatory
  4. Photo of authorized signatory
  5. Phone no and email ID
  6. Authorization Letter

  3. GST Registration
  4.  Manager details if any
  5. Adhaar Card of employ
